If you enter your destination and type digital nomad, you will undoubtedly get a hit right away. For example, I followed the group Digital Nomads Croatia when I went to Croatia. On Instagram I follow. This way I get some inspiration and I save nice tips. Also,  to follow. Then you want to leave tomorrow. Workation alieke Frankwatching. How does that work at Frankwatching? Working 'at home' is something that we at Frankwatching have been doing for a long time.

This was already very normal for us before 2020. Whether that house was in the Netherlands or abroad, meeting online was the most natural thing in the world. Often people were mainly at the office on Tuesday and Thursday, but the rest of the days they often worked from photo editor home. There is a lot of trust in the employees, so a lot of freedom is a logical consequence. Everyone is passionate about their work, and exactly when you work those hours is up to the people themselves.



My experience: from the Veluwe to Stockholm I've always had travel itch. When I only worked at Frankwatching for three months, I already went on my first workation. Together with two colleagues from the event team, we went to Croatia for a week. We worked very closely together, so it was ideal to be together and to be able to discuss face-to-face. At 5 pm the laptop turned off and we went on our way, five minutes later you had already forgotten that you had worked that day.
