improve my skills without being selective

In the future, as a web director, I would like to be able to produce output that exceeds clients' expectations. I want to continue to have the attitude of taking on challenges without being bound by common sense! So, in a good sense, I don't feel any special feelings when I become an employee. When I was job-hunting, I was looking for a company that would allow new graduates to work in marketing, but there weren't many companies that would hire new graduates as marketers.

I've seen many people talk about their careers saying that they can't touch marketing until they have experience in sales. Because I was given the chance to gain valuable experience, I would like to  about my work. I will do my best to further develop Workship , a matching Special Data service for freelancers and side jobs ! Director Yuta Matsuo Right now, I'm feeling a sense of excitement, thinking, ``I'm going to succeed as an employee!'' and anxiety, wondering, ``Will I be able to make it as a member of society?'' When I was job hunting, I was looking for a place where I could work with professionals from various fields and experience launching many projects.





I'm looking forward to being able to take on a variety of challenges in the team I'm assigned to, from internal projects such as product improvement and marketing to external projects such as creating and improving new sites. In at least a year, I would like to be able to make proposals to clients as a salesperson or consultant. In order to achieve this, there are many things I need to prepare, such as knowledge to memorize, so I would like to prioritize what I need to do and what I want to do as a team and achieve each goal one by one.
